  • Term teachers are seeking to appoint an
    experienced SEN teaching assistant, who is confident to support a fast paced school that supports from
    early years to Key stage 4. You must be mouldable to confidently support all ages, who have a
    special educational need, this includes
    learning, physical and social, emotional, mental health needs. You must be adaptable, caring and patient along with a hard working work ethic, you will be working alongside other TA's, however you must be able to use initiative to carry out tasks independently.

Responsibilities:


  • Provide oneonone or group mentoring sessions to students
  • Develop and implement physical education activities to promote fitness and well
- being

  • Support preschoolaged children in their early learning and development
  • Offer guidance and care for toddlers, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
  • Educate students with special needs, adapting teaching methods to meet individual requirements
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other educational professionals
  • Collaborate with teachers to create personalized learning plans for students
  • Utilize your knowledge of early childhood education principles to enhance the learning experience
  • Some personal care may be involved

Requirements:


  • Strong knowledge of UK curriculum
  • At least 1 year experience working with children with SEN
  • Familiarity with applied behaviour analysis techniques is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passion for educating and mentoring individuals of all ages
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards learning

From £90.32 per day
