Our client based in Farnborough is seeking an Order Administrator to join the team.

Reporting to:

Warehouse and Distribution Manager, you will ensure that customer orders are released to the Warehouse and despatched in time, to meet customer due dates.

That delivery bookings and collections are conducted on various portals and within theparameters set. Close liaison with key departments particularly Sales Support team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with customer service enquires relating to delivery issues.
  • To maintain departmental KPI targets.
  • Manage and releasing of Sales Orders to the Warehouse to include effective batching of picking lists.
  • To advise the UK Sales Support team of any order discrepancies or delays.
  • Liaise with the Warehouse Team Leaders, as and when required to provide necessary update information and follow up.
  • Manage Consumer orders through the singles Warehouse and replenishment of product through the main Warehouse.
  • Ensure that written procedures remain up to date at all times and colleagues are kept informed.
  • Monitor inventory holding in overseas 3rd Party Warehouses.
  • Update the label printing machine and print off labels as required.
  • Actively suggest ways of improvement effecting the performance or efficiency of the Dispatch office activities.
  • To actively support initiatives driven by Team Leaders, Supervisory staff and Management.
  • Problem solving route cause analysis and introduction of preventative measures
  • Stock Movements / Adjustments
  • Inventory Transfers between UK, Germany and China warehouses.
  • Creation of Export documentation such as Commercial invoice & Packing list
  • Stock count and reconciliation of UK, EU and China warehouses
  • Nonconformity reporting
  • Any other appropriate tasks as assigned.

Working hours:
Mon-Thurs 8-5. Fri 8-2
