Job Title:
Supply Chain Administrator

Salary:
£28,000 pro-rata

Hours:
Part-time - Monday to Friday | 10.00am - 3.00pm

Location:
Camberley, Surrey

My client who are a known brand based in Camberley have a requirement for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis

This role will report into the Supply Chain Manager

Scope of job
***- Controls the deliveries of inbound containers, liaising between freight forwarder and warehouse

Maintain the purchase order log and delivery schedule
Raising and maintaining purchase orders on SAP
Upload of inbound shipping documentation to SAP
Monthly processing of pallet transfers
Ordering and processing of orders
Tracking Supply Chain related costs and KPIs
Download weekly sell out data from UK retailers
Tracking container vessels
Checking against supplier invoices
Adhoc reporting as required

Skills & Experience

Previous Supply Chain experience
Experienced in dealing with suppliers or service providers
IT literate good Excel skills essential
Experienced with working with large quantities of data
