You'll be the SME for the CMS product tool.
You'll execute all content changes across the channels ensuring consistency and factual correctness of content being presented to our customers.
Working with our Go To Market team and wider SMARTY teams and functions, you'll deliver and execute trading offers via the CMS tool & mange the coordination of tech partners.
You'll be selfsufficient and able to use web analytics, data tools and insight to understand customer pain points to optimise core sales funnels and look for opportunities for improvements.
You'll work with core SMARTY teams to ensure consistency in content and messaging and drive SEO optimisation.
You'll be a key player within the tech delivery team and support the product owner by confidently being active in all sprint ceremonies.
You'll work with the delivery team and core SMARTY teams to elicit business requirements and provide technical analysis to be able to create stories for the engineering team and support management through define phase through to execution.
You'll work collaboratively with our Performance Manager and support shaping our testing and optimisation roadmap, support test set ups and be the go between for design and QA sign off.
