  • The Sous Chef is primarily responsible for producing hospitality but will also be responsible for the A La Carte menu in the brasserie
  • Ordering and receiving stock
  • General Supervision of the kitchen including HSE
  • Stock taking
  • Menu planning

Who you are:


  • 706/1/ Intermediate Food Safety Certificate
  • Adaptable & Flexible, can do attitude
  • Front facing with the ability to engage with customers & clients
  • A genuine interest in food and innovation

Sous Chef - Hospitality - Canary Wharf

Up to £40,000 per annum

Monday - Friday
