Description

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate a commercial delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations
Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
Plan delivery routes and navigate to destinations using GPS or maps
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and provide exceptional customer service
Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs and invoices, accurately and in a timely manner
Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role desirable
Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including vans and trucks
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and loading/unloading of products
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures is a plus
