About the Role:


The Hub Support Specialist role is to support Hub Senior Management with the smooth running of Regional Offices (ROs); providing effective and proactive business support and to continually seek ways to improve processes and efficiency and promote agile ways of working.


  • Review and continually assess the effectiveness of systems and processes and seek ways to improve efficiencies within each business area
  • Responsibility for high quality workflow and adherence to agreed ways of working, providing appropriate management information as required
  • Ad hoc tasks for Practice Manager

About You:


  • Knowledge of company secretarial and client onboarding within an accountancy practice is essential
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate a range of project lines across multiple locations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to influence change and challenge existing procedures
