We are looking for a Customer Service for our manufacturing site based in Corby who will direct all aspects of customer focussed role ensuring that the products and services provided are fit for purpose and measuring our customers satisfaction.

Position Summary
In this versatile and varied position, you will support the activities of the UK Sales Managers. You will ensure competent and service-oriented customer service by providing comprehensive written and telephone support and advice. The focus is on the professional and efficient handling of the complete order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• You are the first contact person in the office for a number of our UK customers
• Part of your responsibility is managing customer orders, proper communication with the customers and effective coordination with other internal departments (production, planning, dispatch, QC)
• Clarification and communication of delivery dates
• Implementation of price adjustments in our ERP system
• Complaint management including communication to the relevant team members and departments
• Manage IML order processes, prepress processes and carry out master data maintenance
• Provide inventory lists, tehcnical data sheets and samples to customers

What we're looking for:

• You have already gained sales experience and work independently, well structured and reliable.
• You are confident in dealing with customers and preferable have industry knowledge in the field of plastic packaging.
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office packages and working in ERP systems.
• You enjoy building good relationship with customers & fellow colleagues in production, dispatch, QM
• You are openminded and sociable, have good verbal and written communication skills.
• You have a resultsoriented approach and a high level of service orientation.
• Selfinitiative, an independent and structured way of working and organisational talent
• Able to work 5 days a week consisting of 8 hours /day
• Working in our office in Corby
