The job of Payroll Manager is at the beating heart of this company. Now, a rare opportunity has arisen for a talented professional to step into these big shoes.

Leading a team of two, you will be responsible for the start-to-finish processing five payrolls, as well as ensuring the smooth running of the payroll systems.

This job could suit an established Payroll Supervisor, or a proven payroll professional looking for a step up.


Duties will typically involve:

  • Processing five monthly payrolls
  • Overseeing two weekly payrolls
  • All adjustments and deductions
  • Administering pension schemes
  • Monthly and weekly payroll reconciliations
  • Liaising with HMRC
  • Year end and reporting
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Preparing contracts
  • Keeping uptodate with legislative changes
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate:

  • A good experience of PAYE and payroll including manual calculations
  • An ability to work alone
  • Good communication skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
