Paul Archer Transport Ltd is seeking a fully trained HGV Trailer fitter to join their existing successful team working within our own workshop.
You need to be a team player, able to work to deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative, Class 1 license required.
A thorough knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics & tail-lifts would be advantageous.As an experienced individual, you will be skilled in all aspects of trailer repairs and servicing. Duties involve carrying out inspections, maintenance and repair work expected of an HGV Trailer Fitter.
Duties to include:
- Prep & Presentation for VOSA tests
- 6 weekly inspections and fault repair
- Preventative maintenance
- Fault diagnostics
- Brake rectification (ABS/EBS)
- Trailer work
- All associated paperwork, reporting and admin
Shift:
Mon - Fri (Days) + Sat am as required.
