Permanent Data Entry Clerk x 2 Needed
Our client is a new company in the exciting field of Automotive Retail, Full Time PAYE Role.

A busy Car Seller who has a lot of information to transfer from paper to their computer database's. You be working in a small team of other data entry clerks.

Monday to Friday 8am-5pm , 42.5hours a week. Salary of £23,000 plus Holiday and Pension


Job Description:


  • Identification of key product criteria for Vehicles i.e. Mileage / Date of MOT / Colour / Make / Model etc
  • Inputting these quickly and efficiently into the database
  • Working with an admin interface to input data fields
  • Categorising within the company's database
  • Working to a high level of accuracy in categorisation work undertaken
The Successful Applicant

  • Good IT skills
  • Experience of accurate and efficient data entry
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team of administrators.
  • Strong attention to detail ensuring data is categorised properly
  • Clear communication internal and external.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and works to help wider business
  • Time management & Attention to detail
