Main duties and responsibilities


Are you passionate about customer support? We want to hear from you We are looking for a talented Support Specialist to join our growing team.

Your job is to assist our customers on their journey using the Nexudus platform. You will be answering support tickets from customers across the globe and troubleshooting any issue they come across.

We expect you to become a Nexudus expert and learn the platform inside-out to help our customers make the most of it.

Familiarity with integrations, domains, and automation is highly desired but not mandatory.


Day-to-day tasks for this role at Nexudus include

  • Collect relevant information to understand how customers and their businesses use our platform and troubleshoot their issues
  • Put yourself in the customer's shoes to understand the challenges and issues they can occasionally face using Nexudus
  • Meet the KPIs and metrics set up for the role
  • Proactively identify ways of improving the products and services we deliver
  • Actively comunicate with customers and internal teams to ensure all the aims of the customer relationship are met
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring they receive the most benefit possible from their investment in Nexudus
  • Organise and provide training to both customers and the rest of the Nexudus team

Requirements:


  • Experience in technical support or customer support
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written in English and Spanish or French
  • Have a fair understanding of web technologies
  • Take a logical and organised approach to problemsolving, asking appropriate questions to facilitate the collection of information required
  • Organised, able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and deliver on many things at once
  • Articulate and possess excellent communication skills
  • Teamplayer who is able to work unsupervised
  • Experience using cloudbased platforms
  • Patience and Empathy are key to this position
