We are currently recruiting for a Admin/ Sales
Customer Servic Representative to join our team at our Auto House car sales, As a
Customer Servic Representative you'll be responsible for handling sales enquiries which maybe face to face, over the telephone and via the internet.

You main focus will be the customer and working on solutions that best suit the customer's needs as well ensuring our customer satisfaction scores continue to be high.

Day to day responsibilities will include:
Maintaining customer records and ensuring follow-ups are completed

• Ensuring customer satisfaction scores are maintained
• Ensuring all sales are fully compliant
• Upselling our products
  Your credentials:
• We are looking for you to have experience within Admin/sales, you must be goal orientated and working towards targets will be something you are well versed with. You also need a resilient 'cando' attitude where you always put the customer first.
• Experience of previous car sales would be advantageous.
