Connecting with our user community, tapping into their mindset, and understanding what makes them tick:
- Meet with members from our community and refine our customer personas to ensure our marketing activities deliver value and drive engagement.
- Gather content for customer testimonials and stories for us to promote across our website and social media channels.
- Carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis with our community which could include surveys, interviews or focus groups.
Supporting our launch social media strategy for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive traffic to our app
:
- Design and curate content and writing engaging social media copy.
- Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms.
- Manage and schedule social media posts using scheduling tools.
- Analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Evolving the Klovr brand to ensure we continue to resonate with our core customer base:
- Carry out some changes to brand design
- Build brand guidelines
- Develop assets which carry our brand effectively (i.e. pitch/PPT decks)
Build out our landing page website to optimise effectiveness:
- Develop landing page copy and design that moves our landing page forward with where we are as a company
- Carry out Search Engine Optimisation and initiate SEO activities to increase website traffic
- Image editing cropping, resizing
Overseeing Klovr's blog strategy and content:
- Communicating with users to determine content requests
- Looking for guest authors or interviewees and supporting them on content/ interviews
- Writing and editing blog copy
- Uploading to the blog
Developing advertising content for paid search/ads:
- Set up and optimise PPC search campaigns
- Ensure that PPC search campaigns are monitored daily and meet relevant targets
- Create display ads
- Create Ads for search and display networks

Measurement, evaluation and trend spotting:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of all marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Conduct research and analyse data to identify trends, insights and opportunities to improve campaign performance and overall marketing strategy.
Salary:
From £270.00 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hove: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Hybrid remote in Hove
