_We are looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable and self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail._-
Responsibilities:_
- The extent of your duties will include but are not limited to:_
- _Qualifying all inbound enquiries and logging them onto internal CRM system._
- _Managing all surveyor's diaries, booking in quotation slots and surveys as required._
- _Coordinating all communication between surveyors and clients, ensuring company records are kept up to date with all conversations._
- _Communicating with Team Leader & Commercial Director regarding success with clients._
- _Handling all inbound manufacturer's leads and following up accordingly._
- _Periodic checks of the enquiries to ensure all have been actioned as required._
- _Liaising with architects, quantity surveyors and structural engineers to increase likelihood of securing projects._
- _Liaising with customers who submit online requests for assistance through the company website._
- _Handling all customer complaints, allocating to senior member of staff and tracking through to completion._
- _Monitoring the Supply Chain to ensure they comply with requirements of our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation._
- _Compiling of O&M Manuals for all projects we work on and issuing them upon completion of project._
- _Maintaining the company's CRM system to ensure all information is available and correct._
- _Assisting with client pre-qualification requests for company information as and when required._
- _Assisting with H&S Platform accreditations as and when required._
- _Assisting with quality management procedures and maintaining documentation as and when required._

Requirements:_
- _Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)._
- _Experience with Project Sales Achiever would be an advantage but full training will be provided._
- _Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time._
- _Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action._
- _Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal with a variety of clients and colleagues at all levels._
- _High levels of attention to detail._
- _Must be flexible and committed to supporting the team._
Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Administration: 2 years (required)
