Description
We are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator for one of London's most prestigious & historic build to rent residences. This role is located in central London.

To enhance service excellence, you will work closely with the Ops & Comms Manager and the Head of Ops on all daily business elements to enable end-to-end collaboration internally with all departments and externally with contractors and stakeholders.

This is an extremely varied and exciting newly created role, supporting all areas of the operation.


Package - Salary

Responsibilities:


As the operations coordinator, you are responsible for helping the Ops team operate efficiently as well as ensuring that all deadlines, event plans, and other relevant tasks are completed on time and seamlessly.


Duties include, but are not limited to:

Working with the Ops and Comms Manager on the daily operational functions of the business, this may include raising purchase orders and ordering, collating information for reports/surveys and mailing lists, making appointments with residents and resident communications, creating SOPs and policies for the department.

Assisting the Ops and Comms Manager with all aspects of service delivery across the Restoration Programme project.
Events organisation and responsibility for supply orders and relevant purchase orders raising, setting up for event (internal and external)
Communicating with executives and the management team regularly
Updating and maintaining relevant information on systems
Be the first point of contact for any departmental administrative duties
Support the team with any existing or new projects, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Supporting the department with the implementation of operations changes
Deal with any relevant client reporting and complete ad-hoc reporting
Be the first point of contact for colleagues and any issues that may arise for the department
Collaborating with executives in creating operational policies and procedures

Ownership of workstreams, such as assisting the Head of Operations with operational tasks relating to the Fitness Club and HR teams and GDPR and adhoc projects.

Collation of information relating to insurance claims and assisting Head of Operations to collate information and liaise with loss adjustors and Finance.

Assisting the Head of Operations and HR team with employee engagement activities (such as posting content on Fourth and working on tasks to ensure compliance and the achievement of accreditations such as WELL / B CORP etc.
Any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities.

good communication skills, both verbally and written and have a professional demeanour
Computer literate
Proven work experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role
Good time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
