Oxehealth is undergoing a period of explosive growth.

We currently employ around 80 people, have turnover of under £10 million, and are currently active in three geographic markets.

However, our growth plans over the next 2-5 years call for rapid expansion into new overseas markets, which will require a significant scaling up of our operations.

Oxehealth is a global leader in vision-based patient monitoring - dedicated to helping mental health clinicians deliver safer, higher-quality and more efficient inpatient care.

Our innovative system, Oxevision, is the first patient monitor specifically designed for mental health and was co-produced with patients, nurses and doctors.

It is a contact-free vision-based tool incorporating a regulated medical device that operates with an infrared-sensitive camera.

Oxevision enables staff to:

visually confirm a patient is safe without entering their room at night and disturbing their sleep; measure a patient's pulse and breathing rate remotely; and document therapeutically valuable digital observations.

The system also alerts staff to potentially high-risk patient activity so they can intervene proactively and prevent incidents from occurring.

In 2018 we obtained our world-first medical device certification (contact free pulse and breathing rate with an infrared sensitive camera) and grew deployments by 10x.

In 2019 we delivered our first commercial scale contracts and the business continued to rapidly scale through 2020 and into 2021.

We are now contracted to 1 in 3 of English Mental Health Trusts.

In March 2021 we received FDA approval to market our product in the United States, a market with huge strategic potential for Oxehealth.

Your role:
Marketing Executive

Oxehealth is looking for a Marketing Executive, or recent Marketing Graduate, to join a team of highly experienced and talented medical marketeers.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the rest of the marketing team, the Marketing Executive will be responsible but not limited to:

• Supporting the management and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotions across our UK and international markets.
• Managing the company's corporate social media accounts.
• Supporting event coordination and logistics.
• Content creation.
• Administration.

This role will initially be a fixed term contract to help support the function through a period of maternity leave, but has the potential to become full-time on completion of the fixed term contracted period.

The qualities and experiences we're looking for
To be a success in this role you will need to be:

• Educated to a degree level in Marketing or holding a high level CIM qualification
• Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to understand how to write for different audiences, media, and personas
• Willing to develop a deep understanding of marketing principles and theory, and brand communication techniques across various mediums
• Highly organized and detail orientated
• Passionate about helping people
• Able to multitask and handle multiple competing priorities

Desirable experience

• Experience using CRMs
• Experience using Microsoft 36
• Experience managing corporate social media accounts
