Responsibilities:

• Conducting first aid training sessions for individuals or groups
• Teaching participants how to respond to medical emergencies, including CPR and basic first aid techniques
• Demonstrating proper techniques and procedures for administering first aid
• Providing clear and concise instructions to participants
• Monitoring and evaluating participants' progress and performance
• Maintaining accurate records of training sessions and participant certifications
• Staying uptodate with current first aid guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• Certification as a First Aid Instructor (e.g., American Red Cross, American Heart Association)
• Strong knowledge of first aid techniques, CPR, and emergency response procedures
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively teach and train individuals of varying skill levels
• Patience and the ability to create a supportive learning environment
• Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation
