ARE YOU THE ONE?

Our Retail Communications Executive will play a core role in the Communications team to support the creation and delivery of clear and impactful messages that resonate with our field and HQ teams.

You'll use your communication and organisation skills to build and develop strong relationships to ensure messaging is tailored to the audience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO

CONTENT MANAGEMENT
Maintain and produce various types of content to be shared via our internal communications platform

Work with our existing Communications Executive to develop and curate engaging content for our internal platform

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
Assist Communications Manager, Senior Lead Executive and Communications Executive in compiling essential documents and managing crucial communications

Ability to prioritise and lead ad-hoc communication and task requests within a specific timeframe, aligning with key business priorities

PLATFORM ENGAGEMENT
Be a true advocate of the platform and utilise opportunities to promote its features and benefits that support its ongoing use and overall engagement

Foster and sustain relationships with both the immediate and wider team, aiming to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the business and its operations

INDUSTRY EXPERT
Maintain an understanding of market trends, competitor activity and field team activities

You're confident communicating with various team members and stakeholders
You're collaborative and can work effectively within a team and across departments
You're able to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities and tasks
You're able to plan and prioritise your time effectively and efficiently
You're proficient in Microsoft 356 packages
You've got a full UK driver's license; you'll be required to drive to different locations including HQ

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

Competitive Salary: up to £31,000 Pro Rata
