Senior Lettings Negotiator - Fulham - SW6

OTE £50,000 - £60,000


My client is a leading, and aard winning independent Lettings agent with circa 20 offices in prominent locations in London.

They have a modern and proactive brand, and believe in providing their staff with a great work environment, great commission package(as well as being paid on yearly renewals) and on-going career progression.

Due to increased business within their Lettings department they are now looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator for their Surrey Quays branch


Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:


  • Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
  • Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
  • Booking and attending viewings
  • Carrying out regular Landlord updates
  • Negotiating offers
  • Dealing with customer enquiries

Key Skills re quired:


  • Lettings experience required
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Results driven
  • Team player
  • Full, clean driving licence and car
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Natural sales ability
  • Selfmotivated and organised
  • Desire to succeed

Rewards:


  • Healthy basic salary £20,000 £26,000)
  • OTE £50,000 £60,000
  • 10% commission
- £250 - £300 monthly car allowance
