FMCG / Food Industry Operations Professional, to lead their senior team as
Head of Operations.
The role of
Head of Operations will take responsibility for the successful delivery of the operational strategy, set the strategic direction for the site, and take overall accountability for leading the key operational departments - Production,Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Logistics & HSE - to achieve the overall business objectives.
- Have proven Operations experience gained within the
FMCG / Food Industry at a senior management team level. - Have experience of managing a varied and diverse team of direct reports.
- Be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders clearly and confidently.
- Be able to manage change, influence people and champion a "best in class" manufacturing mentality.
- An Excellent Basic Salary
- £65,000
- £78,000
- Car Allowance £9,000 per annum
