Job Opening:
Senior ESG Consultant

On behalf of our client, a well-respected international real estate consultancy, were recruiting for a Senior ESG Consultant to join their Sustainable Development team in the UK.

Role Duties:

Proficiently use IES-VE for thermal analysis and to extract sustainability metrics.
Ensure Part L compliance and EPC calculations using both SBEM and dynamic simulation.
Craft technical reports, conduct site inspections and present findings to various audiences.
Mentor staff and help improve technical processes and structures.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical, Thermal, or Building Services Engineering.
Experience in low carbon design, Building Physics, and using IES software.
NDEA Level 4 and 5 EPC experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
Excellent organisational skills, ability to work independently and within a team.
