About the Role:


As a Commercial Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our commercial operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between various departments.

Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will be instrumental in streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.


Please note this is a fixed term opportunity to cover parental leave

Key Responsibilities.

  • Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and other relevant documents.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide occasional administrative support to CEO and commercial team including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
