What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant?

You will be trained with our comprehensive 3-month training scheme to ensure that you are able to succeed in your career as a Recruitment Consultant.

Managing and maintaining client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations
Adhering to Company Values
Using Job boards such as CV Library & indeed to conduct CV searches and post job adverts.
Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to become an expert in Trades & Labour.

Previous experience within recruitment is not essential for this role but to have worked within a target driven role is essential for relationship building.
