Do you have experience working in the Insurance industry? Looking for that next great move in your career? Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a New Business Account Handler within our friendly team based in Northern Ireland.

Job Outline

To work with the wider Account Executive and Account Handler team to develop income opportunities from existing clients and new clients, creating plans and strategies to convert opportunities into income.
To assist with the production of quality submissions to the market to ensure the most favourable outcome for the client
To develop effective negotiations with the local insurance markets that support optimum client outcomes.
Strong organisational skills are essential for this role, and you will ideally have gained industry knowledge and experience in commercial broking or underwriting. Its expected you will have previous experience in dealing with commercial insurance products for Liability, Property and Motor Fleet risks.

Objectives / Responsibilities

New business broking on an ongoing basis to ensure optimum outcome.
Support other colleagues to ensure the best insurance proposition is sourced for clients both existing and new
Build effective communications with the key stakeholders in our strategic insurance partners
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
