Property Manager - Bolton - Up to £27,000
New role for an experienced Property Manager to join a family run estate agency, specialising in sales, lettings and property management.
With over 70 years of experience in the property sector they have developed an enviable trusted and well-deserved reputation;priding themselves on offering a professional yet personal touch.
What you will be doing
- Supporting property management team with dealing with maintenance issues, successfully liaising with tenants, contractors and keeping tenants updated
- Chasing rents and ensuring all properties are compliant with correct certification in place
- Creating check in inventories and documentation
- Carrying out property inspections and occasional viewings and valuations
What you will have
- Previous experience working as a Property Manager
- Computer literate, familiar with word, Excel, Outlook
- Local knowledge is advantageous
- Holds a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
What's in it for you
- Annual salary up to 27,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday, 9:30am 5:30pm
- No weekends
