Job Summary:

Duties:

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify safety hazards and noncompliance issues
Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions
Provide training and support to employees on safety protocols and procedures
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop risk assessments and control measures
Monitor and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Prepare reports on safety performance, incidents, and compliance status
Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to standards
Stay uptodate with industry best practices and regulatory changes

Skills:

Strong knowledge of safety, health, environment, and quality regulations
Proficient in root cause analysis techniques
First aid certification is required
NEBOSH certification is required
Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills to effectively train employees on safety protocols
Ability to analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement
Proactive approach to identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures
