Tax Senior | Stockport | 2-3 Days WFH | £40,000 - £50,000

Client:

We are currently looking to identify an experienced Tax Senior to join to join well-established and growing. Our client offers a very flexible working package with the ability to work from home 2-3 days per week.

You'll be working with the Tax Partners and Managers in delivering a corporation tax compliance service for a variety of corporate clients including numerous large groups.

Whilst the role will be 75% compliance, there will be the opportunity to get involvedin a wide range of tax advisory projects.

Duties will include:

Preparation and review of corporation tax provisions and completion of tax journals and reconciliations
Preparation and review of corporation tax computations
Dealing with tax groups including consolidations and loss apportionments
Providing support and training to junior members of the team and the wider firm
Aiding colleagues across the firm with corporation tax queries
Assisting with some corporation tax advisory work
Effectively managing costs, billing, recoveries and other relevant resources on designated client portfolio

Person:

Ideally you'll be ATT qualified with demonstrable experience in a compliance job
You'll be interested in, or have experience with, mentoring junior staff
Excellent communicator with experience managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders
