Responsibilities:


Drive Profitability and Continuous Improvement:
Analyse financial data to identify potentials for improvement, such as conducting loss-maker analyses, productivity assessments, and efficiency analyses.


Financial Planning and Reporting:
Develop accurate and timely financial and operating information to meet Statutory, Site, Division, and Group requirements.

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections to guide strategic decision-making.


Meticulous Financial Management:
Maintain and update assessments, material master, and various ad hoc financial information within SAP.

Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and reporting in SAP, STARS, and HFM with precision.


Audit and Compliance:
Assist with annual and interim audits conducted by Ernst & Young (E&Y).

Ensure adherence to transfer pricing rules and policies for the UK legal entity.

Collaborate with colleagues in other sites (Rugby, Blackburn, Derby) to address financial issues and provide valuable support.

Offer advice and support to department managers on financial aspects of the business.


Strategic Contribution:
Contribute to the strategic planning process and the development of operative plans.

Play a pivotal role in various cross-functional business improvement projects.


Collaboration and Support:

Qualifications:
A minimum of qualified or part qualified to AAT Level 3 or similar

Demonstrable experience in a professional environment of the responsibilities of the role
