The Supply Room is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist School in Wareham, Dorset, working with students aged 16-25 who have a diagnosis of Autism.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous experience, training, qualifications, or knowledge in Childcare, Education, Health & Social Care to thrive in a rewarding and impactful role.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students in developing essential life skills through a unique curriculum that includes Horticulture, Pottery, Equine Therapy, Farm School, Online Retail, and more.

Working on a 1-1 basis or within small groups, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and help them reach their full potential.

The Specialist School in Wareham is offering a permanent position with a 12-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day 1, providing a competitive pay rate of £90 - £95 per day.

Working hours are 8:30am-4:00pm.

Public transport in Wareham is irregular, so individuals who can drive or live locally will have an advantage.
