What will I be responsible for as the HR Co-ordinator?
In this role, you will provide support across all the areas of the people function including but not limited to:
- Reporting for People Management Team
- Complete employment references.
- Update benefit platforms.
- Administer starter and leaver data.
- Complete checks for working hours and right to work information.
- Onboarding of new starters and internal contract changes
- Attend meetings as and when required and take minutes.
- Look after the online training calendar and administer face to face online training courses
- LMS system management including setting up new starters training managers as well and upload completed training documentation
- Ensure employee profiles are kept up to date.
- Keep on top of shared mailbox inboxes
- Understand the priorities and coordinate yours and the Administrator's workloads.
- Deal with any general enquiries swiftly efficiently
- Build strong relationships with the business across the hotels and central.
Is this HR role right for me?
- Previous experience working within a people function.
- Ideally you'll be CIPD level 3 qualified (or almost)
- Ideally you will also have basic knowledge across Resourcing Learning Development.
- Strong coordination and administration skills
- Any HR, Recruitment or LD qualifications would be beneficial, although not essential
- IT savvy
- MS Office is a must Previous experience of using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LMS (Learning Management System) and HR system would be a distinct advantage.
- Thrive in a busy, demanding environment where you are spinning plates (well, not literally).
- Probably goes without saying, but you'll have great communication skills.
- A team player and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
