What will I be responsible for as the HR Co-ordinator?
In this role, you will provide support across all the areas of the people function including but not limited to:

  • Reporting for People Management Team
  • Complete employment references.
  • Update benefit platforms.
  • Administer starter and leaver data.
  • Complete checks for working hours and right to work information.
  • Onboarding of new starters and internal contract changes
  • Attend meetings as and when required and take minutes.
  • Look after the online training calendar and administer face to face online training courses
  • LMS system management including setting up new starters training managers as well and upload completed training documentation
  • Ensure employee profiles are kept up to date.
  • Keep on top of shared mailbox inboxes
  • Understand the priorities and coordinate yours and the Administrator's workloads.
  • Deal with any general enquiries swiftly efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with the business across the hotels and central.

Is this HR role right for me?

  • Previous experience working within a people function.
  • Ideally you'll be CIPD level 3 qualified (or almost)
  • Ideally you will also have basic knowledge across Resourcing Learning Development.
  • Strong coordination and administration skills
  • Any HR, Recruitment or LD qualifications would be beneficial, although not essential


  • IT savvy

  • MS Office is a must Previous experience of using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LMS (Learning Management System) and HR system would be a distinct advantage.
  • Thrive in a busy, demanding environment where you are spinning plates (well, not literally).
  • Probably goes without saying, but you'll have great communication skills.
  • A team player and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
