    Product Lead - Customer Experience

    A seasoned product leader sought for a high-growth digital agency transforming the digital landscape in the North West and beyond.

    We're looking for a dynamic, driven Product and Design Leader who is passionate about building and delivering products that drive business expansion in tech-centric B2B environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead full lifecycle of high-impact product deliveries from concept to completion ensuring successful results and client satisfaction.
    • Take ownership of project delivery managing resources timelines and scope to ensure flawless execution.
    • Build credibility with clients by demonstrating a proven track record of successful product strategy and delivery.
    • Be the client-facing point of contact ensuring transparent communication and fostering strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business and product goals.
    • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset proactively driving innovation and growth within the product portfolio.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in product leadership with a track record of building managing and delivering projects from start to finish.
    • Hands-on experience in overseeing the complete product development lifecycle ensuring on-time and successful delivery.
    • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility in product strategy and execution.
    • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving product innovation in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.

    Location and Benefits:

    Hybrid working from Manchester Northwest must be based in the UK without visa sponsorship requests. Competitive salary in-line with industry standards available upon request.
