Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
Proficient in various welding techniques, including stick welding
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints and drawings
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in welding
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work
Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials for extended periods of time
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is a plus
