1st & 2nd Line Applications Support Analyst, Manchester

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING DYNAMICS BUSINESS CENTRAL

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a 1st and 2nd Line Support Analyst for MS Dynamics Business Central.

As part of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing 1st Line and 2nd Line support and cover for everythingERP and Business Central related, ensuring that all queries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

You will also be responsible for escalating major issues to 3rd party suppliers.
You will also be involved in future projects for ongoing implementations and updates of Dynamics Business Central.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for MS Business Central, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the software.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and key stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and provide solutions to technical problems.
  • Keep uptodate with new technology trends and updates to MS Business Central to provide informed support.
  • Monitor system performance and provide maintenance support as required.
  • Work closely with the external Microsoft Partner to ensure smooth integration of new software features.
  • Provide training and support to endusers, ensuring they are able to effectively use the software.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support for Dynamics Business Central.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to prioritize workload.

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING DYNAMICS BUSINESS CENTRAL
  • Able to be office based at least 2/3 days a week
