Our client, an online classic women's clothing brand are looking for a Temporary Customer Services Assistant to work alongside a lovely team in their Customer Services department.
This role is a temporary role for 4-6 weeks and is paying 12phr plus holiday pay office based in Wilmslow.
This role is fully office based and the hours are 9am - 5.30pm.
We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join the growing team. You will be self-motivated with exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage customer queries and online orders
- Updating customer details
- Processing orders
- Gathering information requested by internal departments
- Dealing with returns and complaints and provide solutions
