The starting salary for this role is £26,569 per annum, based on working 36-hours per week.

About the role:


As a
Tracking Support Officer, you will contribute to the collation, processing and reporting of data in relation to young people's education, training or employment status.


As part of the Post-16 Destination Tracking Team, you will primarily work to identify young people who are NEET (not in employment, education or training), or at risk of becoming NEET.

The purpose of this is to help shape services and support, enabling young people to reengage with education or training.

You will be comfortable liaising with young people and their families as well as other relevant professionals.

A broad understanding of the education and training landscape for young people would also be beneficial.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will need to be comfortable and confident communicating with parents and carers, young people and professionals,
  • Experience of collating data and updating databases,
  • An understanding of the need for accurate and timely data entry.
