    Description

    Project Manager - Passive Fire Protection

    Location: Belvedere, UK

    Salary: £55K + Car Allowance

    We are working with a leading fire door manufacturer and contractor to recruit a proactive Project Manager.

    This is an opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to manage multiple contracts and lead a team of 4-5 Site Managers, an RLO, and multi-disciplined tradesmen in the field of passive fire protection.

    Daily Responsibilities:

    1. Manage day-to-day operations of capital improvement programmes.
    2. Identify discrepancies, take appropriate actions, and report back to management when necessary.
    3. Work closely with clients and stakeholders on site to survey and complete property condition reports.
    4. Develop policies & procedures to support new project achievement.
    5. Conduct site visits to undertake inspections of works and/or liaise with trade operatives, tenants, contractors, or statutory bodies to resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction.
    6. Maintain Health and Safety and environmental management.
    7. Draw up construction phase safety plans and ensure safe delivery.
    8. Understand and manage client expectations while maintaining good working relations.
    9. Complete project handover and ensure defect/snag free completion.

    Package Details:

    A competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus a car allowance, will be offered to the successful candidate.
