Our client based in Putney are looking to recruit an Inclusion Safety and Well-being Executive to join their team on a temporary basis.

The purpose of this role is to provide advice, guidance and support relating to diversity and inclusion programs, policies and data collation.

This role will also involve creating, planning and implementing programs around Inclusion, Well-being and Safety. This role offers hybrid working


Duties:


  • Provide advice guidance and support to the business across diversity and inclusion programs, policies, accreditation, data collection, safety and health and wellbeing programmes
  • Research and benchmark D&I, wellbeing and safety activities and make recommendations
  • Develop and maintain appropriate data systems
  • Analyse survey results an share insights across the business
  • Report trends and key KPI's and monitor programs to stakeholders
  • Responsible for employee engagement, communicating activities within the team internally and externally
  • Budget control for team budget
  • Ensure budget information is up to data for use in monthly meetings
  • Mark budget recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with third parties

Experience:


  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent
  • Interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Health & Safety and Environment
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working with Data
  • Interest in HR / People & Culture
  • Good Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£35,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
