    Job Description

    Aspire People are working with an excellent childcare provider who is looking for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their Good rated by Ofsted Nursery in Solihull.

    The Role:

    • Key Person: You will be a vital member of the nursery team, providing individualized care and attention to each child.
    • Deliver Outstanding Learning Opportunities: Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each child.
    • Plan and Provide Effective Teaching and Learning: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the EYFS curriculum, ensuring children receive a high-quality education.
    • Safeguard and Promote Health, Safety, and Welfare: Prioritize the well-being and safety of children at all times, adhering to OFSTED guidelines and regulations.
    • Communicate with Colleagues, Parents/Carers: Foster strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration in meeting the individual needs of children.

    Requirements:

    • Level 3 or Above Qualifications in Childcare or Early Years: You must hold a relevant qualification in childcare or early years to be considered for this role.
    • DBS on Update Service or Willing to Have a New One Processed: A current DBS check or willingness to undergo a new one is essential for this position.
    • Paediatric First Aid or Willing to Undergo 2-Day Training Course: You must have paediatric first aid certification or be willing to complete the training course within a specified timeframe.
    • Comfortable with Nappies if Required: The ability to change nappies is a necessary aspect of this role, so you should be comfortable with this responsibility.
    • Able to Provide 2 References: You must provide two professional references, one from your most recent employer, to support your application.
