PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT

PAYING £23,300 per annum plus benefits

Please note - To be considered for this role, y_ou must have demonstrable experience working within a busy customer service environment.

As a remote Customer Services Advisor, you will provide front line support to customers and clients by providing an efficient and effective service, delivering first time contact resolution in a timely and accurate manner.


You will deal with enquiries and requests in a courteous manner, aiming to resolve the enquiry and provide an excellent level of service.


Required:


  • Demonstrates the competencies for the role
  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience of working to targets
  • Ability to work under pressure in a scheduled environment

Preferred:


  • Good keyboard skills
  • Experience in the financial sector
  • Call centre experience
The Virtual Call-Centre operates Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 6.15pm, and you will be required to work 7.5 hours per day between these times (37.5 hours per week)
