Site Manager / Site Supervisor - Refurbishment

c. £38-40k + van

My client is a family owned main contractor.

They have been established for almost a Century and have a solid financial base.

They are now experiencing an exciting period of growth.

Turnover has more than doubled over the past three years and their growth is set to continue.

The company has a close knit, friendly feel. They treat their staff exceptionally well, and promote staff wellbeing.

Their work spans public and private sector contracts in affordable housing, education, residential and commercial buildings.

Projects are mainly refurbishments with some new build to £6m and long terM/Framework planned and reactive maintenance, roofing/externals and fire safety works.

The Role:
They are seeking a Site Manager to manage a c. £2.5m per annum, 5 year Framework with a London Borough.

The project spans sites in South East London, and entails refurbishment works with an emphasis on commercial and historic buildings.
