Administration Assistant - Finance Shared Services
Hybrid/ Epsom (minimum 3 days per week) | Finance Shared Services| Fixed Term Contract - 6months | Full-Time: 37.5 hours

We have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Finance Shared Services team, on a Fixed Term contract of 6 months.
This role supports Credit Controllers, Business Admin Managers and runs alongside the Charity's vision of a Service Centre providing excellence in administrative support to all stakeholders.
As our Administration Assistant - FPSC you will:
- Make payment of Invoices via Token
- Hospital/Wellbeing/Consultants
- Resolve Self Pay/ PMI queries.
- Convert Patient PMI Excesses into Patient Self-Pay Liability
- Provide Patient receipts/Copy Invoices
- Deal with Sales Force queries
- Deal with correspondence of patient complaints
- Adhoc administrative requests
- Responsibility for PDQ/PEDS inventory for Hospital/Wellbeing Estate
- Accurate notes being added to all relevant Hospital systems (PIMS/TRAKCARE)
