SME Finance Manager/Controller Role £60k - £65k

Hybrid working (2 to 3 days WFH)

With a small but growing leadership team you will have the opportunity to take an active role in the strategic direction of the finance function.

Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the finance function.

Your new role:

Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis for the board and external stakeholders,
Liaising with overseas subsidiaries and preparation of consolidated accounts,
Contributing to the preparation of budgets and cashflow forecasting,
Working with the auditors to prepare the year end accounts,
Maintaining and improving the standard costing models for stock/WIP,
Maintaining and, where necessary, adding to the Finance Process Manuals,
Review and improvement of financial procedures,
Liaising with other departments to ensure correct financial representation of the company's stock, WIP and commercial activities,
Adhoc evaluation and analysis to support all areas of the business,
