Digital Production Assistant
Tie the Knot Scotland are looking for a digital production assistant to join our team.

This is an entry-level position that includes both production and editorial responsibilities with a primary focus on curating, data entry, and building a large directory database on our new and improved website.

Working under the head of digital and alongside a team of editorial and commercial professionals, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop and hone your skill set.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing your own workload daily, prioritising tasks accordingly
Using set workflows to curate and upload content into our directory and onto our website
A key contact for Tie the Knot Scotland clients when dealing with their directory listings
Maintenance and moderation of directory listings including image uploads, hyperlinking, content editing, approval processes and more
Customer service duties may include talking clients through uploads, requesting information and helping clients to create a valuable listing
Reporting on digital performance for listing content using Google Analytics
Creating social media posts for clients across our platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X
Data entry for online editorial features copying prepped content and uploading images, hyperlinking copy

You should have:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Impeccable time management
Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
Ability to multitask across various projects
Sound editorial judgement and writing skills
Comfort and familiarity with using a CMS such as Umbraco (training provided)
Pleasant telephone manner
Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, Google Docs and digital engagement platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
