process and driving growth. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to join our team in Manchester, UK.


Role Overview:

As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with key clients.

While initially focusing on individual sales efforts, this role offers the potential to lead and manage a sales team in the future.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy, meeting sales targets, and positioning us as a leader in the fintech industry.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and exceptional leadership skills.


Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and convert leads into clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Account Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor client performance and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional services.

Sales Leadership (Potential):

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and mentorship abilities to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to sales representatives, helping them achieve individual and team goals.
  • Foster a positive sales culture, promoting collaboration, continuous learning, and a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Assess team performance, conduct performance reviews, and identify areas for improvement.

Sales Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the overall financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Utilize data and insights to identify sales trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the fintech or payment processing industry.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a highperforming sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Indepth knowledge of financial technology and payment processing solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends and competitor landscape.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and industry events as required.

Location and Schedule:

This position will be based in Manchester, UK, with the flexibility to work remotely for 1-2 days per week.

The standard workweek is 40 hours, and the expectation is to be present in the Manchester office for 3-4 days per week.
