Production Operative required for a specialised manufacturer of fully compliant and wireless fire detection and alarm systems.
The Successful Production Operative will come from a hands on background, will be highly motivated and willing to learn new skills.
The Production Operative Role:
- Following company SOP's and Health & Safety requirements.
- Assist in delivering efficient, trusted, groundbreaking systems and world class support
- Work and communicate with other members of the team.
- Communicate with Production Manager to ensure they are aware of any issues.
- Work on the production line assembling products to a high standard.
- Ensure production data is recorded as per company processes.
- Housekeeping of work areas.
- Ensure any production waste is discarded correctly.
Team Working
- To communicate and work effectively within the Bull Products team.
- To maintain flexibility and liaise with the team with regards to cover.
- To provide mentorship and peersupport to other team members where appropriate.
- To work alongside other senior members of the team in aiming to ensure that service delivery within the warehouse is of high quality and is evaluated appropriately.
- To participate in, and facilitate, the training of colleagues and learners.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£9.00-£13.00 per hour
