Responsibilities:


  • Provide a comprehensive secondline technical and scientific information service to external customers in line with company and industry standards
  • Prepare and maintain all standard response documents relating to assigned products
  • Proactively identify gaps in current library of response documents for assigned products.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with aligned members of UK crossfunctional team and Global Medical Information team for aligned brands
  • Develop regular and tangible medical information trends and insights and provide to aligned brand and medical teams
  • Maintain strong working relationships and insight and knowledge sharing with aligned medical field team members (MSLs and Medical Educators)

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD) preferred.
  • Prior experience in a medical information role within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of medical communication principles and regulations (e.g., ABPI Code of Practice).
  • Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing scientific and clinical data from medical literature, clinical trials, and regulatory documents.
