Internal Sales Coordinator required (immediate start)

The role is predominantly office-based Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

Salary package - up to £22.000 per annum, 28 days annual leave, performance bonus, Company pension.

Ltd_ are constantly expanding with a new range of learning options specialising in Gas, Renewable and electrician sector.


We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our small Team on a Full time /permanent basis.


As a Sales Coordinator You will work to satisfy customer's needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service orientated.


What you'll be doing:


  • Producing quotes, raising sales orders and issuing credit notes.
  • Updating the CRM system, ensuring system records are created
  • Responding to enquiries from customers and suppliers in a proactive and warm way.

About you?

  • Experience in Customer Service or Sales Administration (at least 1 year)
  • Experience dealing with customers on the phone and face to face
  • Comfortable in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Keen desire to learn
  • Competent in relevant IT packages especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn internal systems
  • Problem analysis and problem solving
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Mathematical skills
  • Able to work without constant supervision and organise oneself and workload appropriately to meet the required standards
  • Comfortable working in a family orientated environment.
