About the role


Working as a member of the Employment Team you will assist in providing a high level of Administration and Customer Service support to our team to enable achievement of contractual objectives.

The post holder will assist in providing a valuable resource and form an integral part of each team within their dedicated centre.


A bit about you


We want someone like you who has the experience of successfully managing a varied workload of administrative tasks and prioritising effectively whilst having a sound understanding of administrative procedures.

You will have an awareness of the barriers facing unemployed people and have strong interpersonal skills to support development of positive and effective relationships with colleagues, customers and external organisations.

Having a sound understanding of the importance of effective customer service provision is essential as well as having strong verbal & written skills.
