Description

Our Client is an international manufacturer and distributor of cereal products.

They are a well-established, growing company with many opportunities in a site based in the Orton Southgate area of Peterborough.

Shifts are 06:00 - 18:00, 4 on 4 off.

Salary:

Starting at £11.35 per hour up to 48 hours.
Days Shift Allowance £0.65 per hour = £12.00 per hour
Nights shift allowance £1.50 per hour = £12.85 per hour
Rotation of both shift allowance £2.35 per hour = £13.70 per hour
Hours over 48 per week x1.5 = £17.03 per hour

Shifts / Hours: 06:00 - 18:00, 4 on 4 off

Day to day of the role:

Managing the packing, checking & labelling of cereal products
Manage the staff online, a team of around 10, and product SOP's accordingly.
General Upkeep and managment of your area
Be actively aware and understand the Health and Safety
Working towards daily productivity targets

Required skills:

Experience working in a production environment and an understanding of production processes
Machine Operator experience advantageous but not essential
Ability to work as part of a team
Accuracy and attention to detail
